Who handles your enquiry

What the form collects
We collect the four details you enter: name, phone number, insurance product, and preferred callback time. The website also records a request reference, submission time, consent wording and time, the privacy-policy version, and follow-up status. Please use the time field only for callback availability.
How the information is used
Sanjay uses your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange a suitable callback, and discuss next steps. Your preferred time is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Submission does not authorize an insurance application, insurer disclosure, or marketing subscription, and does not put insurance coverage in place.
Who can access it and where it is processed
Submissions are stored in a private website inbox accessible through Sanjay’s authorized owner account. If your enquiry proceeds, relevant information may be handled by authorized StoneRidge personnel through the brokerage’s business process.
The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites (OpenAI), using Cloudflare hosting and database services. These providers process website traffic and enquiry data to operate and protect the service. Information may be processed or stored outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction. Sending the form does not make the request visible to other website visitors.
Consent, access, corrections, and withdrawal
The form requires an unchecked consent box before submission. You can contact Sanjay by phone instead. You may request access to your enquiry information, correct it, request deletion, withdraw permission for further follow-up, or raise a privacy concern using the contact details above. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Withdrawing consent may prevent us from continuing the requested follow-up, subject to legal or contractual restrictions.
Retention and safeguards
Website enquiries use a 90-day follow-up period. Expired requests are deleted when the form or inbox is next used; Sanjay can delete a request sooner once follow-up is complete or in response to an appropriate request. Any subsequent client or policy records are handled separately under StoneRidge’s applicable record-retention requirements. Hosting backups and operational logs may remain subject to service-provider retention cycles.
The website uses HTTPS, server-side validation, and an owner-restricted inbox. No method of internet transmission or storage can remove every risk of unauthorized access. Technical traffic data, including IP addresses, is processed by hosting providers for operation and security. The enquiry service uses a short-lived, one-way network identifier for abuse prevention and does not put raw IP addresses into the enquiry inbox.
Cookies, fonts, and external links
The public enquiry form does not use marketing trackers or save your enquiry details in browser storage. Hosting and the private inbox sign-in may use necessary security or authentication cookies. Google Fonts is used for typography, so your browser contacts Google when loading those fonts. Phone, email, Google reviews, and WhatsApp links open external services; their privacy practices apply when you use them.
