Home insurance · Ontario

For the place
you call home.

Whether you own a house, live in a condo, or rent, let’s discuss protection suited to your property and the life you’ve built inside it.

Coverage to discuss

Different homes. Different insurance needs.

Homeowners

Discuss the building, belongings, personal liability, and additional living expenses after an insured loss.

Condo owners

Review your own belongings, unit improvements, liability, and how your policy works alongside the condominium corporation’s coverage.

Tenants

Explore coverage for your belongings, personal liability, and additional living expenses after an insured loss.

These are topics to discuss, rather than a description of a specific policy. Available coverages, limits, conditions, and exclusions vary by insurer and policy.

Before we talk

Let’s get to know
your home.

Water coverage, special limits, and deductibles deserve a closer look. Ask what is included, what may be added, and what is excluded from each available option.

Home insurance questions.

Does my landlord’s policy cover my belongings?

A landlord’s policy generally protects the landlord’s interests. Ask about tenant insurance for your own belongings and personal liability.

Is all water damage covered?

No. Coverage depends on the cause and the policy. Sewer backup and overland water may require optional coverage and may not be available for every property.

Can I review my home and auto together?

Yes. We can discuss available multi-policy options through our network, considering eligibility, coverage, and total cost.

Does contacting you put coverage in place?

No. A website enquiry, email, callback request, or WhatsApp message does not bind or change insurance coverage. Coverage must be confirmed through the appropriate application and insurer approval process.
